Every Sunday we have services in the morning and the evening. Details are printed in The Buteman each week.
The morning worship starts at 11.00 am and lasts about an hour and a half. Communion is part of the service: you don’t have to take it, but we do invite anyone who accepts Jesus as their Saviour and Lord to share His table with us. The morning service is normally at the church.
The evening worship starts at 5.30 pm and lasts about an hour. If you are leaving the island on Sunday evening, you can come to the service and still have plenty time to catch the last ferry to Wemyss Bay, which sails at 7 pm. Once a month, we hold the evening service in the Village Hall at Port Bannatyne. Every second month we hold a praise service, with familiar and joyful songs, and tea and cake afterwards. All are welcome.
Occasionally there are joint services with one of the other Bute churches.
